1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through Printferno (“we,” “us,” or “our”), registered in the Netherlands. By placing an order on our website www.printferno.nl, you (“customer,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version published at the time of purchase will apply.
2. Products
We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and refund your payment if already received.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, and other options displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Delivery times depend on the destination but are typically:
Netherlands: 1–3 business days
EU countries: 3–7 business days
Outside EU: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.
5. Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to return or exchange unworn and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@printferrno.nl with your order number.
Returned items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging.
Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., printed T-shirts with custom text or images) are non-refundable, unless defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product, using the original payment method.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@printferrno.nl.
We will cover return costs and send a replacement or issue a refund.
7. Liability
We are not liable for damages or injuries caused by misuse of our products.
Our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, logos, texts, and designs on our website are the property of Printferno and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
9. Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
11. Custom Designs & Copyrights
When you provide us with your own design, image, or artwork for a custom product, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have obtained proper authorization to use it.
Printferno is not responsible or liable for copyright infringements resulting from designs, images, or materials submitted by the customer.
By submitting such content, you agree to indemnify and hold Printferno harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of materials you provided.
